Exhibit D <br />Park and Recreational Easement <br />Prior to the transfer of the Park and Recreational Easement described in Section 6.2 of this. <br />Agreement (the "Easement"), a legal description of the parcels that will be subject to the <br />Easement shall be attached to this Exhibit D as "Exhibit D-1" and shall be incorporated herein <br />for all purposes. The Easement shall apply to the property described in this Agreement as the <br />"Project", which may be legally described in separate parcels, such as the Sports Complex <br />(football fields, concession stand, parking lot, and related amenities), the Detention Facility, and <br />the Park Access Road, respectively. The Park and Recreational Easement that is the subject of <br />this Exhibit shall last in perpetuity and shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
