RESOLUTION 2008-36R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br />KELLOGG BROWN & ROOT SERVICES, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $184,851.27 FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL <br />ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE MCCARTY ROAD <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and Kellogg Brown & Root <br />Services, Inc. for the provision of professional engineering services in connection with the <br />McCarty Road Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $184,851.27 is approved. <br />PART 2. The Interim City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
