That he /she has a substantial interest in a business entity. Official action taken by the City <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas concerning Agenda Item 23 on the February 5, 2008,City <br />Council Regular Meeting Agenda of the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, would have a special <br />economic effect on that business entity that is distinguishable from the effect on the public. <br />2.
