City Council Meeting Minutes February 4, 2020 <br />Hurlbert to Board Position 8, on the Board of Directors of the Alliance <br />Regional Water Authority (ARWA). The motion carried by the following vote: <br />For: 7 - Council Member Derrick, Mayor Hughson, Mayor Pro Tem Mihalkanin, Council <br />Member Marquez, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Rockeymoore, Council Member Baker <br />and Council Member Gonzales <br />Against: 0 <br />16. Discuss and consider the appointment of a Council Committee on Homelessness, and <br />provide direction to Staff. <br />Mayor Hughson, Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Rockeymoore, and Council Member <br />Marquez volunteered to serve on the Homelessness Committee.
