The Council removed Items 18 and 19, <br />adoption of Ordinances on third and final reading, and 20, 26 and 27, <br />adoption of Resolutions, to be considered separately. Ms. Tatum moved to <br />approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 14, 2002, approve <br />the two Ordinances on second reading, adopt the remaining Ordinance on <br />third and final reading, adopt the remaining eight Resolutions and approve <br />the use of General Fund contingency funds in the amount of $30,000.00 <br />related to the Animal Shelter Construction Project on consensus and Mr. <br />Mayhew seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (Mr. Mihalkanin and <br />Ms. Hughson abstaining to Item 24, adoption of Resolution).
