Ms. Tatum stated she <br />has spoken to Nancy Braun from Tanger Outlet Center. Ms. Braun needs to <br />know if the proposed Tanger/Prime marketing plan is acceptable to the <br />Council. The Council agreed by consensus the marketing plan is acceptable. <br />Ms. Tatum stated after the upcoming election, she would like Council to <br />look at aligning the Human Development Commission more with the National <br />Human Development Commission.
