Womack <br />* Mark Taylor <br />Sherri Russell <br /> <br />City Manager <br />Deputy City Manager <br />City Clerk <br />City Attorney <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />Also present: Cynthia Nankervis and Shelley Goodwin. <br /> <br />Mayor Chiu called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Chili introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government <br />Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding <br />pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a <br />matter involving attorney-client privilege (Election laws; flood claims); <br />and Section 551.074, to discuss duties of public officers (City Council <br />Members). Ms. Hughson moved the Council adjourn into Executive Session at <br />6:18 p.m. and Mr. Mayhew seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Mihalkanin moved the Council reconvene at 6:45 p.m. and Mr. Montoya <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Mihalkanin and <br />seconded by Mr. Montoya. <br /> <br /> <br />David Chiu <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ed Mihalkanin <br />Council Member <br /> <br />* Mark Taylor was not present at this Meeting. <br />
