(1) Bill Taylor spoke on <br />Item 10, Sector Five Plan. He stated he opposes a four-lane extension of <br />Crystal River Parkway and feels this extension should be dropped from the <br />Sector Five plan for the safety of the children. (2) Mike McCoy stated he <br />is a Hills of Hays resident and wants the extension of Crystal River <br />Parkway to be removed from the Sector Five Plan. He urged the Council to <br />protect the neighborhood and the children by removing the extension from <br />the Sector Five Plan. (3) Robert Habingreither spoke on Item 10, Sector <br />Five Plan. He stated the community opposes the Crystal River Parkway <br />extension and feels the Council should listen to the residents and find an <br />alternative to the extension. (4) Ronnie Bishop stated he was opposed to <br />Item 10, Sector Five Plan. (5) Rene Ozuna stated he lS a resident of <br />Hills of Hays and opposes the expansion of the Crystal River Parkway.
