SECTION 16. The additional compensation to be paid judges who deliver returns of the <br />election is established at $35.00. <br />SECTION 17. If any portion of this Ordinance is held invalid by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 18.
