<br />THENCE S 62°00'33" W, continuing across the said 109.22 acre tract, with the north terminus of said

<br />point in the southeast line of the tract described herein;
<br />THENCE S 43°32'32" W, continuing across the said 109.22 acre tract, with the northwest line of said Lot 5,
