CSJ # 0016-03-114 <br />District # 14-AUS <br />Code Chart 64 # 37950 <br />SH 123 Drainage and Landscape <br />Project Name <br />Betterment <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />PAYMENT PROVISION AND WORK RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The Local Government shall contribute a fixed amount of $5,822,990.22 for the Local <br />Notwithstanding Article 2.B., the Local <br />Government shall pay the State the full fixed amount and shall remit the payment to the <br />State at least 60 days prior to the date the State posts the advertisement for bids. <br /> <br />The State will perform the work for the Project. Any changes, additions, or deletions to <br />the Project will be at <br /> <br />The Project may include any combination of Federal and State funds in addition to Local <br />Government funds. After the Local Government funds are expended, Federal and State <br />funds will be used to complete the Project.
