She especially wanted to thank the Kappa Alpha Fraternity for all <br />their additional hard work. 2) Sherwood Bishop welcomed Council Member <br />Tatum back to the Council after her accident. He also stated the Planning <br />and Zoning Commissioners should be given a clear charge to uphold laws of <br />the City and State. He stated he feels these Commissioners are not always <br />appreciated for their time, and feels the current members do a good job. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration approval of one <br />appointment to the Human Development Commission. No nominations were <br />received and this will be rescheduled. <br />
