RESOLUTION NO. 2020-107R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE ORDER TO THE <br />CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH CASH CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY, INC. FOR THE MAIN LIFT STATION FORCE MAIN <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT PRICE BY <br />$526,585.00 BRINGING THE TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE TO <br />$6,876,093.04; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS <br />RELATING TO THE CHANGE ORDER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. Change Order No. 2 to the construction contract with Cash Construction <br />Company, Inc. for the Main Lift Station Force Main Replacement Project to increase the amount <br />of the contract by $526,585.00 bringing the total contract price to $6,876,093.04 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute appropriate <br />documents related to the change order on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
