RESOLUTION NO. 2020-102R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br />CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH CASH CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY, INC. RELATING TO THE MAIN LIFT STATION FORCE <br />MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO DECREASE THE CONTRACT <br />PRICE BY $2,936,550.26; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS <br />RELATING TO THE CHANGE IN SERVICE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The Change in Service to the construction contract with Cash Construction <br />Company, Inc., relating to the Main Lift Station Force Main Replacement Project to decrease the <br />contract price by $2,936,550.26 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute appropriate <br />documents related to the change in service on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
