He stated he thinks this is a good plan, but wanted Council <br />to look closely at the Parks Advisory Board's goal to have 50 acres of <br />parkland per 1,000 population. He feels trying to acquire this much <br />parkland would not be cost effective to the public and difficult for the <br />developers. 2) Dianne Wassenich stated she wished to speak on three <br />different items 8, 12 and 17, regarding Drainage Erosion Control, Solid <br />Water and Recycling, and the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan.
