submitted by Contractor are allowable and eligible for reimbursement. If DSHS has paid funds <br />to Contractor for unallowable or ineligible costs, DSHS will notify Contractor in writing, and <br />Contractor shall return the funds to DSHS within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this <br />written notice. DSHS may withhold all or part of any payments to Contractor to offset <br />reimbursement for any unallowable or ineligible expenditures that Contractor has not refunded to <br />DSHS, or if financial status report(s) required under the Financial Status Reports section are not <br />submitted by the date(s) due. DSHS may take repayment (recoup) from funds available under <br />this Contract in amounts necessary to fulfill Contractor's repayment obligations.
