Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Mayor Habingreither introduced the Citizen comment period. (1) Melanie Froh stated she would like to serve on the Parks and Recreation Board when an position becomes available. (2) Ollie Gilles stated she represents Dunbar Neighborhood and wished to speak on Item 7, regarding the CDBG funding. She asked the Council to consider funding the acquisition of the Cephas House for use of the Eddie Durham Park and Museum. She stated she feels by having the Eddie Durham Park and Museum, this will help preserve the Dunbar Neighborhood. (3) Richard Gachot stated he represents the * Jacob Montoya and Martha Tatum were absent from this meeting.
