(1) The inspection report must include requirements provided by the <br />city, including but not limited to all of the following: <br />a. An assessment of the condition of the structural control(s) <br />stof,,.,.,>ater- management f eilit< current as of the date of the <br />report. <br />b. A history of maintenance activities performed on the <br />structural control(s) f4eilit during the past year. <br />C. The professional opinion of the engineer regarding the <br />current functionality of the faeil-i ystructural control(s) and <br />its ability to provide total suspended solids removal in <br />accordance with the original design specifications for the <br />structural control(s) f e . <br />d. Recommendations of the engineer regarding the need for <br />maintenance or modification of the structural control(s) <br />faeility to meet original design specifications. <br />(2) The city may choose to provide a pre -formatted inspection report to <br />be used for each annual inspections. <br />(3) The inspection report must be submitted to the City of San Marcos, <br />Public Services — Transportation Department for review. The <br />owner of a stefm wate<. management f4ei ity or f edit es structural <br />controls must submit a certified inspection report for each <br />structural control f4ei-lity by January December 31 of each y€ar <br />eertTfainff tl facflktv fohe—uze�rs�z reauired vear. <br />1 "1116 <br />�. <br />a. Any maintenance and repair needs or other deficiencies <br />identified in the inspection report must be adequately <br />addressed to ensure compliance with the requirements of this <br />division. Upon completion of all necessary maintenance, <br />repairs or deficiencies identified in the inspection report, the <br />stof nwater- management f4ei ity structural control(s) shall <br />be re -inspected at the owner's expense. Following the re- <br />inspection, the owner of the structural control(s) steanwa e <br />management f edit > shall submit a supplemental certified <br />inspection report to the city confirming that all corrective <br />measures have been completed. <br />
