RESOLUTION NO. 2020-144R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING CHANGE IN SERVICE NO. FIVE TO <br />THE AGREEMENT WITH STARBOARD CONSULTING, LLC <br />RELATING TO THE MAXIMO WORK ORDER SYSTEM USED BY THE <br />PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT (CONTRACT NO. 218-291) BY <br />ADDING AN ANNUAL LICENSE RENEWAL IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$47,586.30; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE <br />TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT <br />THE CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. Change in Service No. 5 to the agreement with Starboard Consulting, Inc. <br />relating to the Maximo Work Order System used by the Public Services Department (Contract No. <br />218-291) by adding an annual license renewal in the amount of $47,586.30 is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the change in service. <br />PART 3.
