SAN MARCOS TRANSIT PLAN I FINALREPORT <br />City of San Marcos <br />Vehicle Types <br />Texas State University contractswith Trans dev Management Services (Transdev) to operate <br />Bobcat Shuttle service, which uses 4440' heavy-duty transit buses, two 35' heavy-dutytransit <br />buses, andtwo light-duty cutaways. In recentyears, Bobcat Shuttle hasbegun operating low - <br />floor, 102" -wide buses. Texas State University anticipates transitioning their fleet to this vehicle <br />type through future vehicle acquisitions. <br />Of the existing Bobcat Shuttle fleet, Texas State University owns one 40' bus, both 35' buses, and <br />both cutaways.
