RESOLUTION NO. 2020-229R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE COMPLIANCE POLICY UNDER <br />TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 IN CONNECTION WITH <br />THE CITY'S REQUIREMENTS AS A DIRECT RECIPIENT OF FEDERAL <br />TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION FUNDING; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached City of San Marcos Title VI Compliance Policy is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or his designee, may amend this policy as necessary to <br />comply with then applicable laws and regulations. <br />PART 3.
