RESOLUTION NO. 2020-236R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE AGREEMENT <br />WITH CUDA CONSERVATION, LLC (CONTRACT NO. 218-003) FOR <br />INVASIVE PLANT REMOVAL FROM THE SAN MARCOS RIVER TO <br />INCLUDE AN INCREASE IN THE ANNUAL AMOUNT TO $39,520.75 <br />AND AUTHORIZING ONE ADDITIONAL ONE-YEAR TERM; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE <br />RENEWAL ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The renewal to the agreement with Cuda Conservation, LLC (Contract No. <br />218-003) for invasive plant removal from the San Marcos River to include an increase in the annual <br />amount to $39,520.75 is approved and the City Council hereby authorizes an additional one-year <br />term. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute appropriate <br />documents related to the renewal of the agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
