RESOLUTION NO. 2020-245R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE JACOBS <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPANY (CONTRACT NO. 218-279) <br />RELATING TO MANAGEMENT OF THE CITY'S 2017 BOND PROJECTS <br />FOR THE POLICE AND PUBLIC SERVICES FACILITIES TO INCREASE <br />THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT BY $235,700.00 FOR ADDITIONAL <br />SERVICES AND TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT FOR A TOTAL <br />CONTRACT PRICE OF $2,534,700.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br />DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A Change in Service to the professional services agreement with the Jacobs <br />Project Management Company (Contract No. 218-279) relating to management of the City's 2017 <br />Bond Projects for the Police and Public Services Facilities to increase the amount of the contract <br />by $235,700.00 for additional services and to extent the agreement for a total contract price of <br />$2,534,700.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the change in service. <br />PART 3.
