City Council Meeting Minutes June 25, 2020 <br />customer chooses to not wear a mask. Mr. Stapp stated the burden on the <br />business is to establish a safety plan such as putting signage in place that would <br />require customers to wear a mask. To go a step further, such as kicking a <br />customer out, they wouldn't be sanctioned for that. If they put a safety plan in <br />place, then they are doing their part. <br />III.
