RESOLUTION NO. 2020-274R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM THE PARKING <br />REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE IN THE WHISPER PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO ALLOW 12 ROWS OF PARKING <br />WITHIN THE FIRST LAYER ALONG FORTUNA ROAD FOR AN <br />APPROXIMATELY 71 ACRE PORTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT <br />BOUNDED BY YARRINGTON ROAD, FORTUNA ROAD AND <br />OPPORTUNITY BOULEVARD; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Council hereby grants a variance to allow 12 rows of parking <br />within the First Layer along Fortuna Road in connection with a new warehouse development <br />having frontage along Yarrington Road, Fortuna Road, and Opportunity Blvd within the Whisper <br />Subdivision in accordance with the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. Subject to the <br />development meeting the conditions set forth in Exhibit B. <br />PART 2.
