RESOLUTION NO.2020-26OR <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE AWARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES <br />FUNDING TO VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $500,000, <br />AS APPROPRIATED IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 BUDGET; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />APPROVE AND EXECUTE FUNDING AGREEMENTS WITH SUCH <br />ORGANIZATIONS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. Social services funding is hereby awarded to the organizations listed and in the <br />amounts indicated in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to approve and execute funding <br />agreement with such organizations consistent with this resolution. <br />PART 3.
