City Council Meeting Minutes December 15, 2020 <br />Council Member Baker asked about the timeline and suggested to have a <br />special meeting. <br />Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Scott asked if the money is only for City residents. <br />Ms. Runkle stated the money is in general fund and Council will decide on how <br />to use it. <br />Due to the urgency of need in our community, Mayor Pro Tem Derrick <br />suggested the council have a work session or workshop to come up with goals <br />and ideas. <br />IV.
