The SUBRECIPIENT agrees that: <br />11.15.1 Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Preference shall begiven <br />inprocurement programs tothe purchase ofrecycled products pursuant <br />to the EPA guidelines aa established in 40 CFR 247. <br />11.15.2 Reporting. |naccordance with EPA Order 1OOO.25and Executive Order <br />13423dated January 24.2OO7.and/or Title 4OCFR 3O.1O.recycled <br />paper and double -sided printing shall bmused for all reports that are <br />prepared as a part of this Agreement. <br />11'16 Federal Award Requirements. During the performance ofthis Agreement, the <br />SUBREC|MENT' shall comply with the following federal award requirements. <br />11.16.1 Title V|of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 USC §2000d et seq.'78stat. <br />252), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and <br />national origin. <br />11.16.2 Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Requirements. <br />&Aearecipient offunds under this agreement the SUBREC|P|ENT <br />agrees tocomply with the Federal Funding Accountability and <br />Transparency Act /FFATA\and implementing regulations ot2CFR 170. <br />including Appendix A.This agreement iesubject tothe following award <br />B. 8UBRE{||P|ENTagrees that itshall: <br />1. Obtain and provide toKTBaSystem for Award Management (SAM) <br />number (Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 4.Sub-part 4.11)if <br />this award provides more than $25.O00infederal funding.
