RESOLUTION NO. 2021-68R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH LAZY OAKS <br />RANCH, LP FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE PROPOSED OWNER REQUESTED ANNEXATION IN CASE <br />NUMBER AN -21-01 OF APPROXIMATELY 7.024 ACRES OF LAND, <br />MORE OR LESS, BEING LOT 1 AND LOT 2, LA CIMA FIRE STATION, <br />GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF WEST <br />CENTERPOINT ROAD AND FLINT RIDGE ROAD; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE SAID <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; SETTING A DATE FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF <br />SAID TRACT OF LAND; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached Agreement for the Provision of Services is hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute said agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3. The date for the public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of the <br />land described in said agreement shall be May 4, 2021. <br />PART 4.
