<br />Marcos, and Hays County, acting through the presiding officer of each governing body, hereunto duly
<br />authorized by resolution and order of each respective governing body which is duly recorded in their
<br />official Minutes, hereinafter called grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of One Thousand and
<br />00/100ths Dollars ($1,000.00) cash in hand paid by

<br />hereinafter called grantee(s), the receipt of which is acknowledged and confessed, have quitclaimed and

<br />taxing units interested in the tax foreclosure judgment against the property herein described, acquired by
<br />tax foreclosure sale heretofore held under Cause No. 03-0556, styled San Marcos Consolidated
<br />Independent School District and The City of San Marcos vs. Dolores Natal Gonzales, et al , in the district
<br />court of said county, and of record in Volume 2989, Page 556, Official Public Records of Hays County,
<br />Texas, said property being located in Hays County, Texas, and described as follows:
<br />All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land being 150 feet by 45 feet, more or less, out of Block
<br />10, D. S. Combs Addition to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, being that property
<br />more particularly described in deed dated October 28, 1920, from J. H. Combs to Isaiah Miller,
<br />and of record in Volume 88, Page 211, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas. Account No. 11-
<br />1935-1000-00002-3 (R24697)
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, together with all and singular the rights, privileges,
<br />and appurtenances thereto in any manner belonging unto the said grantee(s), his heirs and assigns forever,
<br />so that neither the grantors, nor any other taxing unit interested in said tax foreclosure judgment, nor any
<br />person claiming under it and them, shall at any time hereafter have, claim or demand any right or title to
<br />the aforesaid premises or appurtenances, or any part thereof.
