S. Combs Addition to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, being that property <br />more particularly described in deed dated October 28, 1920, from J. H. Combs to Isaiah Miller, <br />and of record in Volume 88, Page 211, Deed Records of Hays County, Texas.
