EXHIBIT A <br />THE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br />The Sub-recipient shall comply with OMB Circular A-21, A-87, A-102, A-110, A-122, A-133; Ex. Order 12372 <br />(intergovernmental review of federal programs); and 44 C.F.R, Part 13, Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and <br />Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments. Sub-recipients shall also comply with 2C.F.R. Part 215, <br />Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals and Other Non-Profit Organizations, 2C.F.R. Parts 225, State and Local <br />Governments, Part 220, Educational Institutions; and Part 230, Non-Profit Organizations. Compliance with Federal <br />Acquisition Regulation Sub-part 31.2, Contracts with Commercial organizations is required.
