This is one of the main reasons that floodingis a continual problem in the city. You just cannotdodgethis point with a strait face.2.Mitigating <br /> hazards faced by San Marcos bysending your flood water downstream is not asolution; it only creates increased levels of hazard forthose that do not vote in your precincts.
