City Council Meeting Minutes March 2, 2021 storm. Dan Nix, stated Council has done extraordinarily well in helping the community all to weather these trying times and efforts and the service to the community are greatly appreciated. He expressed concern with the sewer charges and the assessment done during the pandemic of an increase due to people staying at home. Mr. Nix mentioned to consider those that are retired/senior citizens on limited incomes which comprise a large percentage of the San Marcos community. Mr. Nix suggested to use the 2020 assessment period and subsequent monthly rate/charge in place of the 2021 year's assessment. PRESENTATIONS Receive status reports and updates on response to COVID-19 pandemic; and provide direction to Staff.
