City Council Meeting Minutes March 2, 2021 <br />storm. <br />Dan Nix, stated Council has done extraordinarily well in helping the <br />community all to weather these trying times and efforts and the service to the <br />community are greatly appreciated. He expressed concern with the sewer <br />charges and the assessment done during the pandemic of an increase due to <br />people staying at home. Mr. Nix mentioned to consider those that are <br />retired/senior citizens on limited incomes which comprise a large percentage of <br />the San Marcos community.
