BE IT RE, SOLVED BY <br />PART 1. The submission of an application to the Office of the Attorney General, <br />Crime Victims Services Division, for a Victim Coordinator and Liaison Grant in an amount not to <br />exceed $45,000.00 to continue funding for the Police Department's Victim's Services Program is <br />hereby approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute any and all <br />documents as needed to accept and implement said grant, if awarded, on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
