AIRPORT MASTER PLAN <br />Redbird Skyport has received numerous awards for their services and facilities. <br />The facility has a vehicle <br />parking lot with 59 parking <br />spots including three <br />American Disabilities Act <br />(ADA) accessible spaces. <br />Redbird Skyport is open <br />seven days a week from 6 AM <br />to 10 PM local. <br />A VIATION R ELATED B USINESSES A ND T ENANTS <br />In addition to the two FBOs, the San Marcos Regional Airport has a number of <br />aeronautical businesses and tenants that provide an array of services to the aircraft <br />owner and pilots. The following commercial aeronautical businesses (excluding the <br />FBOs) and tenants are currently based at the San Marcos Regional Airport: <br /> Blue Skies Aviation An aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair <br />business. Provides specialized services such as custom interiors and <br />propeller balancing. <br />th <br /> Civil Air Patrol The Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Texas Wing 435known as the <br /> <br /> Coast Flight A flight training operator. <br /> Commemorative Air Force The Central Texas Wing of the Commemorative <br />Air Force (CAF). Conducts aircraft restoration and maintenance activities on <br />historic aircraft and hosts multiple airport events. <br /> E.M.A.P.A. An aircraft parts and maintenance business. <br />Gafford AeroAn aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair business. <br /> Kerner Aircraft Services Private T-hangar operation. <br /> McKee Avionics An avionics sales, repair, services, and installation business. <br />General aircraft maintenance services. <br /> Texas State Aviation A flight training operator. <br /> Specialized Aero and Tejas AeroServices Aircraft maintenance, inspection, <br />salvage, and customization business. <br />Inventory Chapter Page 27 of 52 <br />October 2020 <br /> <br />
