Representative of the anticipated operations for each aircraft <br />approach category and airplane design group. Totals may not equal due to rounding. <br />L OCAL AND I TINERANT O PERATIONS F ORECAST <br />According to FAA Order JO 7210.3AA, Facility Operation and Administration, <br />September 12, 2017, a local operation is any operationperformed by an aircraft that <br />remains in the local traffic pattern, performs a simulated instrument approach, or <br />operates to or from the Airport and a practice area within a 20-mile radius of the <br />airport or tower. An itinerant operation is any operation that is not considered <br />local. Based on historic operations data from the tower and discussions with airport <br />stakeholders, on average it is estimated that 42.1% of the operations conducted at <br />the airport are local and 57.9% percent are itinerant.
