114 <br /> <br />Special Meeting <br /> <br />April 5, 1982 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The Council then voted unanimously to adopt the Ordinance. <br /> <br />Mr. James, Mayor Pro-Tem, issued the Certificate of Election to Mayor <br />Emmie Craddock, and Mayor Craddock issued the Certificates of Election <br />to Jaime Moore, Council Member, Place Five and Gerald G. Farr, Council <br />Member, Place Six. City Secretary Janis Womack then administered the <br />Oaths of Office to Mayor Craddock and Council Members Moore and Earr. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration election of Mayor Pro <br />Tempore. Mrs. Norris moved John Kreczmer as Mayor Pro Tempore and <br />Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion. Mr. Kreczmer then moved Karl Brown <br />as Mayor Pro Tempore and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. Mr. Kreczmer <br />then thanked Mrs. Norris and Mrs. Mendez for the nomination and re- <br />quested their motion and second be withdrawn, which they did. Mrs. <br />Norris then moved Karl Brown as Mayor Pro Tempore by acclamation and <br />Mayor Craddock seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote <br />was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Farr, Kreczmer, Craddock, Mendez, Moore, Norris. <br /> <br />NAY: None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Brown. <br /> <br />Mr. Kreczmer moved for adjournment~o~.~ the meeting at 7:15 p.m. and <br />Mrs. Norris seconded the motion~,~ich passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> Karl W.
