West, Gloria Sustaita, <br />Joe Sustaita, Cindy Gonzalez, Tom Gonzalez, Elmer Sundean, George Duke, <br />Tom Partin, Irene Duncan, Jackie Matthys, David Young, Ofelia Vasquez, <br />Karen Brown, Julie (KCNY), Jeff Watkins, Joe Cox, George Dashner, Mrs. <br />Danny Devers, Melissa Millecam, Jack Lindstrom, Frances Emery, Brenda <br />Smith, Gwen Smith, Ella Hurst and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock stated she would like to have Item 6 on the Agenda, the <br />consideration of approval of the Social Service requests, moved to this <br />portion of the meeting so that anyone in the audience wishing to speak <br />to these requests could do so in conjunction with the Public Hearing <br />on the 1982-1983 proposed budget, which includes revenue sharing entitle- <br />ment no. 14 funds. Mr. Farr moved the social service requests be con- <br />sidered by the Council in conjunction with the public hearing on revenue <br />sharing funds and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation of <br />revenue sharing funds for the Allenwood Senior Citizens Organization <br />(Nutritional). Mr. Farr moved $1,000.00 be allocated and Mrs. Mendez <br />seconded the motion. Mayor Craddock then asked if anyone wished to <br />speak for or against the allocation, and no one did. The Council <br />voted unanimously in favor of the $1,000.00 allocation. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation of <br />revenue sharing funds for the Community Action, Inc. - Alcoholic Coun- <br />seling and Recovery Program. Mr. Kreczmer moved $5,000.00 be allocated <br />and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion. Mayor Craddock asked if anyone <br />wished to speak for or ~ainst the allocation, and no one did. The <br />Council voted unanimously in favor of the $5,000.00 allocation. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of allocation of <br />revenue sharing funds for the Community Action, Inc. - Senior Citizens <br />Center. Mr. Brown moved $21,875.00 be allocated and Mr. Farr seconded <br />the motion. Mayor Craddock asked if anyone wished to speak for or <br />against the allocation, and no one did. The Council voted unanimously <br />in favor of the $21,875.00 allocation. <br /> <br /> <br />
