RESOLUTION NO. 2021-109R BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. The City Council supports and hereby authorizes the submission of applications by the City of San Marcos Parks and Recreation and Engineering Departments to the Hays County Parks and Open Space Advisory Commission ("POSAC") for Hays County 2020 Parks Bond funds to fund City Parkland improvement, acquisition and flood mitigation projects as identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
