Womack <br />Barbara Jean Edwards <br />Dinah Elwell <br />Joe Garza <br /> <br />Also Present: Boy Scouts from E1 Rancho Cima, Jack Lindstrom, Julie <br />(KCNY), Jeff Watkins, Donald Newcom~e, Allyn Gill, John Anderson, Ray <br />Harper and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held July 26, 1982. Mrs. Norris moved to approve <br />the minutes and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Special Meeting held August 2, 1982. Mr. Farr moved to approve <br />the minutes and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Brown, Farr, Kreczmer, Craddock, Mendez. <br /> <br />NAY: None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Norris. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock opened a public hearing to consider approval of an Ordin- <br />ance amending Appendix C of the Code of Ordinances to require compliance <br />with the Drainage and Erosion Control Ordinance by the time of submis- <br />sion of the final plat of a subdivision. No one wished to speak in <br />favor of the Ordinance or against it, so Mayor Craddock closed the <br />public hearing. The Ordinance was then considered on first reading, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX C OF THE CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY TO REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH <br />THE DRAINAGE AND EROSION CONTROL ORDINANCE OF SAID <br />CITY BY TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE FINAL PLAT OF A <br />SUBDIVISION AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown moved to approve the Ordinance on first reading and Mr. <br />Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />* Jaime Moore and A.
