76 Regular Meeting December 13, 1982 Page 5 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT FOR MUTUAL AID IN FIRE PROTECTION BE- TWEEN SAID CITY AND THE CITY OF SEGUIN, TEXAS, AUTHOR- IZING THE MAYOR OF SAN MARCOS TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE- MENT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Brown moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion. Fire Chief Oscar Carpenter advised the Council the mutual aid would include areas other than Seguin also, such as Redwood. The mutual aid would be for fires, floods and other catas- trophes. The Council adopted the Resolution unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of a Resolu- tion, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT OF LEASE BETWEEN EMMETT F. MCCOY AND SAID CITY FOR AN OUTER MARKER SITE FOR RUNWAY 12 AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT OF LEASE ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DECLARING AN EF- FECTIVE DATE. Mrs. Norris moved for the adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. MCCOY FOR A SITE FOR AN OUTER MARKER FOR RUNWAY 12 AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID SUBLEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
