FRED GROWCOCK, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Lot No.l, Block <br />43, Section B-1 of the A.M. Ramsay Addition to the Cemetery <br />Grounds, belonging to said City of San Marcos, and situated <br />on the T.J. Chambers League of Land in said County of Hays, <br />State of Texas. <br />The cemetery lot hereby conveyed is a part of the <br />cemetery property acquired by the City of San Marcos from <br />A.M. Ramsay, by deed dated May 4, 1932, recorded in Vol. 104, <br />pages 479-481, Hays County Deed Records. The plat or map or <br />said addition is recorded in Vol_ 108. vacies 155-159. of <br />Y @ed RBcoZdB. 3nid deed and map, =Zia t2zC L-copCCtlVe <br />records thereof are hereby referred to for a more complete <br />description of the lot hereby conveyed and for all other pert- <br />inent purposes. <br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby <br />conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall <br />be subject, always, to the restrictions promulgated and/or <br />imposed by the Governing Body of the said City of San Marcos <br />in exercising Perpetual Care of the said property herein con- <br />veyed. This provision is intended to be, and shall be con- <br />strued as, a covenant running with the landa <br />nt and successive <br />property hereby conveyed, and the prese <br />owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of the City of <br />San Marcos, its successors and assigns, and inuring to the <br />benefit of the remaining lots and blocks in said cemetery, and <br />the present and successive owners thereof. <br />u6Lus <br />Nays County, Texas <br />
