KEITH, of HCounty, COUNTY CLERK Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, to them paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, s.- sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell and convey unto MR. and MRS. FRED GROWCOCK, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Lot No. 2, Block 43, Section B-1 of the A.M. Ramsay Addition to the Cemetery Grounds, belonging to said City of San Marcos, and situated on the T.J. Chambers League of Land in said County of Hays, State of Texas. The cemetery lot hereby conveyed is a part of the cemetery property acquired by the City of San Marcos from A.M. Ramsay, by deed dated May 4, 1932, recorded in Vol. 104, pages 479-481, Hays County Deed Records. The plat or map or said addition is recorded in Vol. 108, pages 155-159, of said Deed Records. Said deed and map, and the respective records thereof are hereby referred to for a more complete description of the lot hereby conveyed and for all other pert- inent purposes. As.a part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall be subject, always, to the restrictions promulgated and/or imposed by the Governing Body of the said City of San Marcos in exercising Perpetual Care of the said property herein con- veyed. This provision is intended to be, and shall be con- strued as, a covenant running with the land, binding upon the property hereby conveyed, and the present and successive owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of the City of San Marcos, its successors and assigns, and inuring to the benefit of the remaining lots and blocks in said cemetery, and the present and successive owners thereof.
