<br />Grantee, the property, to have and to hold the above described premises. together with all and singular the rights and
<br />appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the propene shall be subject,
