<br />That the City of San Marcos, a municipal corporation, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and

<br />-_i of said Deed Records. Said deed and map, and the respective records thereof are hereby referred to for a
<br />more complete description of the lot(s) hereby conveyed and for all other pertinent purposes.
<br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby, conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall
<br />be subject, always, to the restrictions promulgated and/or imposed by the Governing Body of the said City of San Marcos
<br />in- exercising Perpetual Care of the said property herein conveyed. This provision is intended to be, and shall be con-
<br />strued as, a covenant running with the land, binding upon the property hereby conveyed, and the present and successive
<br />ovyners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of the City of„ San Marcos, its! successors and assigns, and inuring to the
<br />benefit of the remaining lots and blocks in said cemetery, and the present and successive owners thereof.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances
