Hays County, Texas 78656 <br />Grantee: William & Molly Westmoreland <br />Grantee's Mailing Address (including county): 621 Franklin Dr. , San Marcos Hays County, Texas 78666 <br />Consideration: Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration <br />Property: Niche Number 12-A, 12-B_& 10-B of Section two at the San Marcos City Cemetery Columbarium, according to the plat <br />recorded in Volume 2844, Page 602, of the Hays County Plat Records and as shown more particularly on the Attached Exhibit A. <br />The Grantor, for the consideration, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these Presents does grant, sell and convey unto <br />Grantee, an exclusive right of sepulture in the Property. <br />As a part of the consideration for the exclusive right of sepulture in the Property, the Grantee agrees and understands that the <br />use of the Property shall he subject, always, to the restrictions imposed from the time to time by the City Council of the City of San <br />Marcos in exercising Perpetual Care of the San Marcos City Cemetery and the laws of the State of Texas.
