P <br />CEMETERY DEED <br />Date: July 21, 2009 <br />Grantor: Brenda L Cantu <br />l3k Vol P9 <br />900213201 OPR 3714 47 <br />Grantor's Mailing Address: 5075 Acornway Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666 <br />Grantee: Pete T Islas and Josie G Islas <br />Grantee's Mailing Address: 726 Willow Creek Circle, San Marcos, Hays County, 'texas 78666 <br />Property: Lot Number(s) 5, 6, & 7 of Block Number 005 , Section 2 of the Dixon Addition, acquired <br />by the City of San Marcos from San Marcos Cemetery Association, by deed dated May 31, 1923, <br />recorded in Vol. 87 pages 605-606 of the Hays County Deed records. <br />The Grantor, for the consideration, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, <br />sell and convey unto Grantee, the property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together <br />with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, <br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />As part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the <br />property shall be subject, always to the restrictions imposed by the governing body of said City of San <br />Marcos in exercising Perpetual Care of property. This provision is a covenant running with the land, <br />binding upon the property, and the present and successive owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of <br />the Grantor, its successors and assigns, and to the benefit of the remaining lots in the cemetery, and the <br />present and successive owners thereof. <br />Grantor makes this conveyance and Grantee accepts it without any warranty as to the subsurface <br />condition of the property, or the costs of making interments within the property.
