<br />The Grantor, for the consideration, has gramed. sold and conveyed, and by these presents docs grant, sell and convey unto
<br />Grantee. the property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and
<br />appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantees heirs and assigns forever.
<br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, n is agreed and understood that the property shalt be subject,
<br />always, to the restnc tions imposed by the Eiovcming body of said City of San Marcos in exercising Perpetual Care of the
<br />property. This provision is a covenant running with the land, binding upon the property, and the present and successive
<br />owners thereof. and inuring to the benefit of the Grantor, its successors and assigns, ad to the bene Fit of the remaining lots in
<br />the cemetery, and the present and successi%e owners thereof.
<br />Grantor makes this conveyance, and Grantee accepts n. without any warranty as to the subsurface condition of the property, or
<br />the cost% o€making interments within the property. Grantee, and Grantee's successors and assigns, accept all risks as to such
<br />conditions and costs as a part of this transaction.
<br />This deed is executed on behalf of Grantor by its Mayor, and attested by its City Clerk, as authorized by an ordinance passed
<br />on Aufust 6, 1934 of record in Vol. 6, at page 154, in the official minutes of Grantor's City Commission, this the
<br />day of 20 l .
