City Council Meeting Minutes June 1, 2021 direction to the City Manager. Council provided consensus to move forward with the recommendation submitted by the Parks and Recreation Board, requesting that the City Council evaluate the parkland fee calculation methodology within the San Marcos Land Development Code. This will be reviewed during the fee structure review. EXECUTIVE SESSION 31. Executive Session in accordance with Sec. §551.071 of the Texas Government Code: Consultation with Attorney: To receive advice of legal counsel regarding the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Pursuant Ventures Development, LLC for the San Marcos Sportsplex Project Executive Session was completed during the Work Session, and was not needed this evening. ACTION/DIRECTION FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION 32. Consider action, by motion, or provide direction to Staff regarding the followinc Session item held during the Work Session and/or Regular Meeting: Sec. §551.071 of the Texas Government Code: Consultation with Attorney: advice of legal counsel regarding the Purchase and Sale Agreement wit Ventures Development, LLC for the San Marcos Sportsplex Project Mayor Hughson stated direction was to provided to staff during executive session and any formal action to be taken by Council will come forward at a future meeting.
