The Grantor, for the consideration, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell and convey unto Grantee, the Property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. As a part of the Consideration of the Property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood: 1) that the Property shall be subject, always, to the restrictions imposed by the City of San Marcos in exercising perpetual care of the Property and all applicable ordinances of the City of San Marcos; and 2) that the Property may be used only for the purpose of interment and for no other purpose, subject to all applicable ordinances of the City of San Marcos.
